Or should I grow some balls and just remain with the job? I didn't fight with my supervisor or the manager in my department; I fought with some other department's supervisor and manager.

Will they hold a grudge on me? I know I hold a grudge on them.

#1 - Never hold a grudge. It causes most health problems - cancer being one of them. Not worth it.

#2 - This is not school. This is real life. That was another department. Shake it off and go to work like a grown up.

#3 - If the work environment becomes unproductive due to bad relationships - do your part not to be the problem. Most new jobs want references. Do you have a track record with personality conflicts? Hopefully not. Always keep your eye open for better job opportunities. That's just part of the game. Keep moving up.

sometimes when u argue w/ a supervisor or manager, it ends up clearing the air (ive been there a few times). this isnt ur immediate supervisor or manager, so i wouldnt worry about grudges either way. try to stick it out and if gets too bad, look for a new job.
remember, no one gets along all the time. :)

Always shop for a new job before chucking an old one .
It is a well known fact that employers hire people already working somewhere else far more often than they hire unemployed .

Seek and maybe a new and better job will appear !
But first get a handle on the fight thing . . .
They can be unprofessional and brand you as a liability ( unless you are challenging deadbeats or something )

You need to build an employment record and quitting every five minutes is not the way to do it.However, it sounds as though you are in a dead end job and if this is the case then get yourself some qualifications so that you are in better environment. In any event change your attitude so that you learn to get on with other people.Good luck.

Just becuase of a conflict they can't really be bias against you and if they do start problems you should tell your boss and/or supervisor. I don't think this is a reason to quit, and if you are make sure you find another job before you do!!
