I have a few pictures that i need to zoom in pretty far to get a good view of the object, but it is always blurry. Does anyone know of a program i could download for free to enhance the quality so i can see the image more clear?

You've been watching too much TV. Such programs do not exist, as you cannot create information out of nothing.

You can smooth the result a bit, but if started as blurry, it will remain blurry. Processing will make it fuzzy blurry, but it's still blurry.

There's only so far you can zoom in on any photo. Photos in computer format are something called "bitmaps" - tiny little squares called "pixels" all stuck together to form an image. The amount of zoom you can put on an image is determined by the number of pixels in that image. Programs like Photoshop zoom in by making the pixels bigger. They also can enhance detail somewhat by making a guess at how those pixels connect to each other - but it's only a guess, and they can only do so much. They can't create detail that isn't there in the original picture.

i know a program, acdsee photo editor. it is a part of acdsee program. it has filters, brightness, contrast, color options. anyway, try it. it is fun, i like it. it has a lot of effects, see what is your favourite. install full acdsee. only in this way you can install photo editor. and you'll never need to go to pictures folder. just set acdsee to start in your pictures folder and open it. it is cool.
