I can stand my job!I am so bored with it. The company itself treats me good. But I can't stand some of the people I work with. I don't get paid enough and a new girl that just got hired is making more than me and I have been working here for 3 years!!!!I am pissed!!!!

hello there, i know what you feeling right know..disappointed, unfair and so on..but think twice before you make any crucial decision because it can cause your future..it is about your career..first thing just ask and personally see you supervisor and share your problem..getting an explanation..after that discuss with your best friend or partner about this..then decide..good luck

So , instead of checking into schooling for another career , you just stay there and complain . . .
Why ?

Also , being bored means you're probably a slacker .
You are probably someone who has to have every assignment spelled out to them .

The new girl is probably a self starter , not a slacker .
She is probably someone who brings value to the company instead of being a bored complainer .
Your supervisor probably detects your bored , counter productive behaviors .

I would ask for a raise if it is really just a money issue. But, if you truly hate the job, I would start looking elsewhere.

(I know you are just venting and not really looking for advice. You already know the answer. So, feel free to vent away.)
