Cats generally don't need to eat cooked human foods. Why don't you cook for the homeless or youth shelter? It sure would be a lot more beneficial to your community and your cat will live longer.

Being that cats are carnivores, you really don't have to "cook" anything for your cat. Cat's digestive systems are more suited to eating raw meats, and veggies, and soft cooked eggs. Here are a couple websites I found very helpful.

The recipes from libbyami look good, I would check with your vet first though. I think sugar pie is trying to kill your cat. Remember too much protein will make cats sick and you never want to give any animal too much sodium. Good luck to you and kitty!

NO, no recipies. I do not believe in recipies for cats. Just give them the food that you cook for yourself. However, if you are big believer in spicies then you want to remove the hot spicies and your cat will enjoy just like you do, and if you understand cat language, you will hear your cat thanking you a million times.

Gotta Have Sole

1/2 pound fillet of sole
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Water
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped liver
1/2 teaspoon iodized salt
2/3 cup cooked rice

1. Place sole in a small, greased baking dish. Sprinkle with the parsley. Add enough water to just cover the bottom of the dish. Bake in a preheated 450*F (230*C) oven for 10 minutes. Cool then and shred with a fork.
2. Melt margarine in a small saucepan. Stir in flour and heat until bubbly. Gradually stir in milk and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add cheese, liver, and salt, stirring until cheese has melted.
3. Add the flaked fish and rice to cheese sauce and stir well. Cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

cats should not eat very much "people" food it can make them throw up if given too much.

i give mine little bits of chicken, and once a month they get a can of real tuna split between the 2 of them.

if you do give them "people "food make sure it is chopped up very small, they dont have the ability to chew like dogs to :)

My cat loves it when we cook salmon. We just feed her off our plates. She likes ham, too, and Stouffer's mac n cheese.
