I was indoctrinated, I suppose, into the Christian religion, although, in retrospect, I doubt that I ever really "believed". After graduating from high school, I rarely or never attended church again, and as the years passed, I remained ever more alienated from the Christian religion when it became politicized in ways which were anathema to my own views of the Constitution's prohibition against the establishment of a state religion. In time, I became agnostic, accepting science as superior to religion in explaining the origins of the Universe and the evolution of life on Earth. Although I have written a novel of Atlantis which has a character who is the Creator of the Cosmos, it is essentiallly a satire intended to oppose the arrogance of Christianity!

Yes. At one time I believed in all sorts of things like Tarot, Astrology, Spirits etc. I was even going to be a professional. However, as i started to study them i found they were as much a load of nonsense as all the religions that are based on superstition, ie Christianity, Judisim, Islam, Hindu, Wicca.

Yes Joel, went from Catholic Christian all the way to agnostic. Don't think Jesus was virgin born, or resurrected body and soul. He was an existentialist. Against religion.
