There are a lot of different cardio exercises. Explore all the machines and find the exercises that you like the most. Try some classes: kickboxing, spinning, Pilates, water aerobics, etc. Sign up for a personal training sessions, some gyms offer free initial training sessions to get a fitness plan.

Have fun!

100# for 5'height for a female is just right. If you are trying to redistribute it (smaller waist or hips, increase bustline) there are specific exercises for that. A legitimate fitness program will evaluate you and advise on what you should do.

In any event, you should eat healthy [fiber, fruit, veggies, grains, salads, 6-8 glasses of water (not soda)], totally eliminate anything with trans fats, and if you take your health that seriously, I would have a talk with my family doctor before attempting to lose any of that 100#. You doctor will tell you your ideal weight and can give you an appropriate diet.

How'd you manage to spell "what" correctly in your subject line, and wrong twice in the body of your post?

According to http://www.freedieting.com/tools/ideal_body_weight.htm you are right at your ideal weight (100 - 104 for a medium build female).

What results are you seeking? We can't suggest appropriate workouts if we don't know what you are trying to achieve, but working out at least 3 days a week (some cardio and some toning) would be good for your general overall fitness and to maintain your healthy weight.

If you have the money, you should consider hiring a trainer for a few sessions at 24 Hour.
The kind of workout you select will depend on your goals. For losing fat, you should do cardio; for toning up lift weights.
Whatever your goals, you should probably do some of both cardio and weights.
As far as diet is concerned, natural foods are more important than supplements. Eat a balanced diet, low in fat and processed foods, lots of fresh fruit, veggies, whole grains.

ENERGY DRINKS ARE OK BUT WATCH THE SUGER! WORKING OUT 3-4 TIMES WEEKLY SHOULD DO, BUT IT DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH! you certainly do not need to lose weight!!
