Dr. Richard Kogan is a pianist and psychiatrist and he gives fascinating concerts exploring the link between mental illness of famous composers and their music. I'll post a link to a story below. Some people I know he has covered include Schumann and Tchaikovsky.

Well I did a study recently of people with BPD(Self injury) and they included Fiona Apple, Marilyn Manson, Angelina Jolie, Courtney Love, Christina Ricci and Johnny Depp.
A number of famous celebs have Agoraphobia including, Woody Allen.
Howie Mandell has a terrible fear of germs.
Jonathon Winters and Robin Williams have Bipolar Disorder.
