I work for the Humane Society, I love all animals. My boyfriend is a wonderful guy, artistic, intelligent. He is just a little strange, kind of artsy strange, but he loves Ozzy Osbourne. I have cats and dogs, he cusses them out and he hates them and yells, but is never cruel. But my fish and birds are another story. He swallows my fish whole, he says it's sushi and he likes the wiggle as it goes down. And he has bitten the heads off two of my parakeets, like Ozzy did he says. What am I supposd to do??? I love him, but I can't stand kissing him since he bit the heads off my birds and my birds and fish aren't safe. I hate to lose him over this, but???

Sweetie, if I were you I'd be running for my life. Remember Jeffrey Dahlmer... the guy who killed several people and ate their body parts afterwards as well as keeping some of the body parts in the freezer. Anyone who has the tendencies to kill animals for no reason except to get a thrill out of it eventually starts killing people to get their thrill when the animal killing doesn't do it for them anymore. Get out of this sicko relationship while you still have a life and can get out I wouldn't care how artistic and intelligent he was, since he has shown some form of intelligence he knows right from wrong and those actions are clearly wrong!!!!!!!

This first question we ask people who are detained at the jail during the psychological portion of the intake is "Have you ever harmed an animal". Harming animals is a RED FLAG for possible future controlling and harming behavior. The reason that people start on animals first is because they are building up confidense in themselves before they can start harming other people-smaller animals 1st moving on and on.
Besides that scary glimpse into his future, the fact that he is doing it to things that I'm sure he knows mean something to you shows that he really doesn't give 2 sh**s about your feelings.

If he's cruel to animals, later in life he'll be cruel to people. This guy is disturbed, the fact that he is deliberately killing your pets is disgusting and wrong. He might be artistic and intelligent, but he has some serious problems if he can't restrain himself from killing your fish and birds or cussing out your cats and dogs, he's not worth keeping. Break up with him. You know who else was cruel to small animals? Jeffrey Dahmer.

Get rid of this creep!! Did you know that most serial killers started out as animal abusers when they were young? It's a scientific fact. He is a cruel, sadistic A**. Report him and run like hell! If you work for the humane society, you should know what to do!!

Dump him fast! A history of cruelty to animals tends to expand to include people. Tell him that Ozzy grew up and quit doing attention getting stunts like that, and you want a relationship with an adult.

Quietly and swiftly say see ya to this guy sooner than later. This guy has control issues. He is acting out on the critters to exercise power over you. He does not respect you or himself. Most men are spoiled and selfish, I am not an exception. This is only the beginning. If you choose to stick with him then you'll see more and more controlling tantrums. Trust me, it takes one to know one.

Just for your information, most adolescents that tourcher animals become people that toucher other people. A lot of counselors will agree with this...But the decision is up to you, tell Him that it upsets you and that those animals are very important to you.. If he doesnt care enough to stop heas not that important anyway...Good luck!

OK hunny to me it seems like you have found a crazy weird person. If he is swallowing your fish and biting the head off your bids. why would you want to be with him. He is destroying your property. What if he turns more crazy and becomes abusive?

Kick his sorry *** to the curb!!!!! Anybody that can do this to a helpless animal will end up treating you the same way. Maybe not bitting your head off but he will be abbusive.
