Search out an aluminum scuba tank. They're typically rated at 3000 PSI.

If you want something small, look for the little pony tank used for emergency back-up.

whoa! 3000 psi, even steel scuba tanks can only handle 2250 psi. there are small 3000 psi AL scuba tanks, that is your best bet. Custom will be prohibitively expensive many thousands.
