The majority of illegals in America are from latin america - once they come here, they're labeled 'hispanic,' which indicates culture rather than race, but, which is treated as a race in most political discourse.
By opposing the right of illegals to invade your country, you are disproportionately targeting hispanics, therefore you must be a racist.
Afterall 'ethnicidentityist' just doesn't sound right.
OK, not really, it's just a false acusation to try to fluster you and get you to give up the debate.

the US welcomes immigrants. I became a resident a year ago through legal process. I had to take a medical exam for hiv, syphilis, TB etc. I think its great that we are not giving this wave of illegal aliens a free ticket to stay and become legal. Imagine it would be a slap on the face to those people who have put their papers 5 or 10 years ago and still waiting in their native countries. Yes to Legal Immigration, No to Amnesty, and No to Illegal Immigration.

Whoever calls you a racist for wanting to enforce our laws is a whiner and has no other defense to their argument. Many non-white Americans, including myself, are 100% against illegal immigration. It's a criminal act. Our govt must step up and do their job.

No, I don't think not wanting illegal aliens in the country makes you racist, this is the law.
If you didn't want LEGAL immigrants, or any mixture of culture in your society, then that would be a different story.

Because illegals will try and say anything to gain sympathy. They know that they are breaking laws, but do not care! They would rather have America change to suit them, than them change like millions of immigrants did when they came to the US!!
But enough people are on to their little game, and we're not buying it one bit!!

Yelling racism is just an attack for when there is no logical response. People need to recognize that the name callers who call others racists are bullies. These bullies want to eliminate free speech.
