Absolutely, a person between the ages of 16-18 can experience true love. Just not nearly as many people between the ages of 16-18 as THINK they are experiencing true love.

Sure, but individuals change drastically between 16 to 25. Huge variances in what was important early and what is important later. People change so much that I would say (while 16yr olds may occasionally experience a "true love") their affections and personalities have changed so much by the time they are 25 that they may find they are no longer the same people. It is difficult to imagine this kind of relationship continuing through these events, but possible.
At any rate, I would not recommend anyone get involved contractually until the are AT LEAST 25. There is too much adventure to experience with others.

I believe they can experience very strong feelings that give the impression of true love, but no I don't think they have the maturity or experience yet to know what true love is.

yes I have been with my true love since we were 15 years old we are now both 25 with 2 kids and hardly ever argue.

im 15, and most of the girls i been with said they loved me yet in the end she would dump me because her friends would tell em to, True love at that young age requires you to get with someone you care more about than your friends (as dumb as it sounds) From now on, Emo's are the way to go!

yes my boyfriends parents av bin together since his mum wr 15 an his dad 17 they bin married 20 years nw. i belive u can experinces true love at them ages

Absolutely.....I think it becomes more difficult as one grows older and possibly more cynical about love.
