I have never heard of such a thing.
If a stone was evern "thrown" by god I believe we'd cease to exist !
Now that you have mentioned Saudi Arabia, I believe you may be refferring to the Black Stone in Makkah.
According to the Islamic Tradition:
When Abraham and Issac almost finished with the construction of the Kabah in Makkah, Abraham asked Issac to look for a suitabe stone to finish.
God sent two angels down to earth carrying a white stone from Heaven.
Issac took that stone and his father affixed it to one corner of the Kabah.
Over time, it is said that the stone had turned black due to the ever increasing sins of mankind.
Muslims do not worship that stone or the Kabah. They are only a sign.

Which all mighty god would that be? As it stands now, there's loads of those around.
As for the stone, no. That's the sun's fault. It's debris from our solar system, that's all there is to it - and the Earth was in it's path at the wrong time.

Yes its true. It also proves how gullible and stupid people are that they are willing to pray at or for a rock.
