What's the cheapest way to call Palestine?

A friend of mine wants to know if there are any unlimited calling plans for less than US$100.

You're probably better off buying a prepaid calling card. There are some that specialize in countries in the middle east.

I use the 'boss' card. It's only 3 to 4 cents a minute. I communicate with others countries a lot, because of my work for Amnesty International.
