Here's the deal...I kinda like this girl, but she is already really into me...like, a lot...This always happens to me and then they get hurt...any advice on how approach this topic with women?

I dont know but it happens to me all the time, with guys of course. and then you will fall for a girl who will care nothing at all about you and you will spend the rest of your life wanting some one to care about you. and then it will be too late. lol good luck.

You can try addressing this right from the start. Say, look, I like you but I'm not looking for a serious relationship right now, so lets just keep it easy.
It may not work, or you could say you are also seeing someone else also in hopes that they will understand not to get too involved.

well, if u like her, then let her know! tell her that you want 2 go slow, though, if she is coming off too strong. girls love when guys r not shy. just dont lead her on by making her think u like her, and then forgetting her. show no interest [if u have no interest] in the first place. still be a little nice to her, though.

Seems like you lead them on only to loss interest after you know they like you. You approach the problem by NOT leading them on, just to loss interest after you find out they like you. Stop playing games with yourself. and girls feelings.

Since they're the ones who fell for you first, let them court you. Give them the opportunity to prove themselves to you so that when things get messy, they know that they're the ones dictating the pace and thus, they know that it's their fault. They, supposedly, won't have to get hurt because of you.

well,. chances are they don't know you all that well and they're either confused or just fall fast (I really don't know, honestly I have the same problem) what you need to do is sit down with her and explain that maybe she fell a little too fast, and that you're happy to be with her, but please, back off just a little bit. you'll catch up with her eventually
