Alot of that depends on the person you are with. AS for me, I LOVE all kinds of music, Jazz, Classical, Rockabilly, Country, Southern Rock.. but my boyfriend is not into Frank Sinatra, or Harry Connick, etc.. We settle on Country love songs and 80's hair bands ballads. We have made several compilation CD's now for mood music.

I think a little hispanic music can be romantic too! :)
Try the song "Say It" by Voices of Theory
There is an English and Spanish version - I think the Spanish version is much prettier and more romantic. (That's how my hubby won my heart!) :)
