ok my neice just had a baby and they are planning to go home tomorrow and I wanted to make some pre-cooked meals, so they could just pop them in the oven. I need some ideas on what to make that would be easy for them.

Lasagna, noodle casserole, Kugle, stew, all reheat well at 350 in about 35 minutes and are standards - you could also get a selection of luncheon meats and cheeses with some hearty whole grain breads and a few canned soups - sometimes soup is just nice with a sandwich when you are really tired. I would also recommend some nice apples, grapes and oranges they last well and can be eaten room temp or cold. Congrats!

Chicken and rice casserole! 1/2 can Campbell's Cream of chicken soup 2/3 cup water 1/4 teaspoon onion powder or garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon pepper 6 tablespoons of white uncooked rice 1 or 2 cups frozen mixed veggies 2 thawed skinless chicken breasts Pre-heat oven to 375. Put chicken soup into casserole dish, mix in with 2/3 cup water until blended. Add rice. Add veggies. Add spices. Mix all together. Place 2 chicken breasts on top of mixture. Cover top with tinfoil and cook for 1 hour. Serve with a side salad! I make this all the time, it's so easy.

Lasanga
Casseroles-Just take a protein (meat, tofu, soy, etc), a veggie (frozen peas, carrots, broccoli), and mix it with a couple cans of cream of mushroom (or any "cream of" soup). Put this in an oven safe dish, and they can just pop it in the oven. Add some rice, or top it with tater-tots for some variety.
Frozen Hambugers (those pop in the oven nicely)

I am a big fan of baked ziti or lasanga or maybe even a cassarole of some sort.
All you have to do is make it in a aluminum pan so there is no clean up to do.
You can add some garlic bread to go with it and a package of salad.
