If you're a cramper like me take some meds with you like Ibuprophen or something and take a couple before you go like early.Then take some a couple hours later even if youre not in pain.Tampons are great because you can go in the water and not worry about it.Just change often and use a super which will last longer.The Tampax Sport are good because of the way they open and the applicator is a good shape. If you can feel it when you have it in you need to change it because either you dont have it in far enough or it's about to leak.Also, you can use pantyliners with it just in case but it shouldnt be necessary. If you're wearing a bathing suit just make sure it's snug against your body if you do.(And if you've never used tampons before a lubricating gel will help with insertion. Take your time and make sure its not going in where the pee comes out.It's the other one and not your buns)HaHa

Use a super+ tampon RIGHT before you get to the beach, take a back-up, some midol, and drink lots of water to keep from feeling bloated. Be sure to bring some fruit too- the vitamins can give you that extra boost you need. Have fun :)

go buy a super tampon and keep a normal one in ur bag so you wont bleed in the water and as soon as u get out go to the bath roon and chnage ur tampon and have a great tym

Do you use tampons? If so, use them. Take something for cramps before you go if you normally get them so you are comfortable and have fun!!!
