Im downloading it from here

I completed all these steps
1. The files extract to the C:\Cabs\D00377-002-002 folder.

2. From the Start menu, click Run. In the Run dialog box, type: C:\Cabs\D00377-002-002\Setup.exe. Click OK.

3. In the Device driver installation wizard dialog box, click OK.

4. Files copy.

5. Installation is complete.

than it says FAILURE and it doesnt install
can anyone help me??

I'll bet you used a store-bought XP disk.

Back up all personal data from your PC ("Backup" means: copy to CD / DVD / external hard drive). Then, do a Windows "Clean Install", for further instructions, go to:

Note: You must use the Recovery disks, if included with your PC, to avoid driver problems, not a store-bought XP. The Recovery disks may be ON the hard drive, so Read The Friendly Manual FIRST, if it's not already too late.
