Depends on your state laws. Convicted felons in my state can not own guns or body armor.

I'm not a felon but I don't care what the law says if I had one I would wear it under certain circumstances, it must be a statute which is not exactly a law it is contract law, if you are under contract with the government you are "subject" to any statute on the books, which it just so happens that among most other statutes do not apply to me, suckers!

Yes, I suspect that they can... you might wonder just
WHY they would want to- hot, heavy, and uncomfortable.
Unless they're up to no good.
When the WTO met in Seattle years ago[1999], the police were telling the rioters that is was not legal for citizens to wear gas masks. Then the cops tossed tear gas into the crowd.

the first answers wrong. of course they CAN wear bullet proof vests. they cant have guns but they can wear vests...any citizen can get a phone book and find a store that sells vests. if ya can afford it, you can wear it.

No you cant (Anywhere). Non-Felons can buy them in most clothing stores in Michigan, but than again we are the murder capital so we keep our kids safe.

This is a common sense question they are felons,of course not they can not wear bullet proof vest even the average citizen is not allowed to wear bullet proof vest not unless it is under extremes circumstances and under law enforcement supervision like protecting a witness who is testifying in a high profile court case a threat of assassination ect.
