Dang! You've got a Staglin from 9 years ago?? Congrats! Staglin always gets the top bids at the Wine Auction in Napa Valley. Do you know if it's corked yet? If it doesn't look corked, you could keep it as long as you want, but personally I'd open it for the next important event in your life.
