i often feel lonely?

i have dark skin.but i am handsome. my skin colour is brown. . so i have inferiority complex... i often feel lonely... What should i do?

Hi, we all feel inferiority complex..not always because of the skin color, but as well due to our job position, or due to our contribution in our society, or being a member of a family or on many many things.

I have my own sister and brother who have had been puting me so down for many many years, not only this, they put me into deep depression. They have had always presenting themselves as super human being, but not anymore. It took me 22 years to face them and take a charge against their ruthless behaviour. I dont want you to feel inferiour because of anything, it wont do any good to you except a damage to your personality, dont let inferiority complex feeling to control on you, you are a in-charge of your body and personality. Try to recognize your beautiful personality, the type of question you have posted, I can feel your pain and at the same time, I can feel that you have a beautiful personality, and you just need to recognize yourself.

If anyone gives you such feelings that you are less than them, just ignore them, because they are just a group of idiots, also see what others say about them. Just like, I have started realizing when everyone was complaining about my own sister and brother's ugly behaviour.

Now, I'm a strong person, and I have beautiful friends and family members who love me deeply because of my inner qualities.

No reason to feel that way. God created you just as you are, lots of times people notice things about themselves more than others. Not to say that there are not racist because I know there are but your attitude about yourself shows to others. I heard of an experiment once where people volunteered to be professionally made up to look deformed. The make up artist showed them a large scar he put on their face and after taking the mirror from them did last minute work so it would stay on. what he really did was remove it. The people went out into the city for a normal day and when they returned were asked how they felt about how they were treated. They said they felt like people were staring at them and talking about them. You can imagine what they felt when they found out the truth. Real beauty does come from within and it doesn't matter what color your skin is or how handsome or pretty someone may be.

First, if you have inferiority complex, you will never grow and have no confident on you. you yourself know the answer, it;s your inferiority complex. so come out of it.

do some meditation. or say some slogas and learn with the meaning, eventhought if it is small sloga. If you concentrate on slogas more, you will have confident on you and you will let go of your complex, by pratice. So try. Trying this will not make you lonely. Trying this will take even one year. so take your time. Don't think that you tried and didn't feel it. Trying will learn more, and give some time for you to relise that change. Wish you the best.

Why do you think having dark skin is something negative.. if it was something negative why would people all over the world spend thousand of pounds per year on suntan creams, fake tan lotions and sun beds.....

You need to start reconditioning your thinking patterns... Your a handsome dark skinned man... that is a lot to be happy about I would say... wouldn't you?

Your loneliness may stem from this inferiority complex... you need to get out there and start making friends people will grow to love you if you love yourself.

Nobody in this world is alone and lonely. Do not feel that you are neglected , you will be included in any group or any gathering if you properly move with them . Regarding your complex I do not bother Yours is one of the colour God has created and you should be Happy about that . Are you trying to imply people with brown skin have low self esteem?

You have a mental problem at most.

if u really feel that ur handsome than there is no question about inferiority complex
skin color never maters if you have sweet heart
come out of that lonely feeling that is just your imagination how people thinking of u and all, but to be frank no body bothers of ur color and ur physical appearance
