what would be the best way possible? is there any strategies that i could use? my basic english is ok, but learning more intellectual words is a goal i want to achieve...please help

you could buy one of those nifty vocabulary, word-a-day calender or you can document something like this: http://fds.oup.com/www.oup.com/pdf/elt/products/ne_calendar_jul07.pdf and simply fill it with words you have read in books, newspaper, or heard on tv. If you goal is to learn over 1 word per day, you can just make a list on paper and keep it posted in a high traffic area for you.

Read. It's always helped me. Particulary the Series of Unfortunate events books by Lemony Snicket.
