does anyone know if you weigh more on the scale if your body is sore from working out.

No. You do not weigh more if your body is sore.

No, you don't. There are ways to alleviate the soreness, but it wouldn't have any relevance on your weight. You might be building muscle, if you worked out for a few days, but otherwise, you need to cut back on food, too.
