The honest answer is you guys are cute together now but there is a very slim chance that you will be together forever. I had a three year relationship two back then and another a year after that one failed. Now I'm in a 1 year relationship that I am enjoying more than I thought possible.
Good luck to you but remember, if things don't work out its OK there will be plenty of better things out there. All you have to do is have the guts to go out and find it.
