Could i just submit a picture and it just draws it in MS PAINT or PAINT because i think that's how those guys did it in youtube. [their drawing's just too good]

No. They actually drew those.
A great Mormon prophet once remarked "What we persist in doing becomes easier. Not that the nature of the THING has changed, but our POWER to do it has increased."
What appears to be literally impossible to you is simply not that case for those who have practiced in the art of drawing on a computer. And what is truly amazing is that you would be quicker to credit a man in programming a computer, which by itself has no ability to tell the difference between the color or red to blue to yellow, to paint a random picture exactly as it appears to the human eye, rather than credit a man who has practiced in the art of painting for years.
