If you really feel you need one, just look in the yellow pages section of your phone book under lawyers, and see who specializes in real estate and/or irs. But, your irs issues should be taken care of as part of the closing. If you have an irs lien on some property you are wanting to sell, the irs will have to be paid off in order for the sale to close, and the irs will get paid from the proceeds of the sale, and you will get any remainder, if there is any.

You really don't need an attorney for that. The closing agent will pay the IRS out of seller's funds at closing.
