I would go right to any Party City Store. No hassles, no worries, and you can physically hold each item to check it out, rather than see it online but not in person.
Party City stores are everywhere - just do a search to find the best location in your area, and good luck!

Do a "Dora" search. The should a "collectibles" sub-site in the main site(Most cartoon characters sites have something like it). As for the party supplies & invites, check-out the greeting-cards stores. Check the web site of the company that does the publishing of Dora. Also, check in toy stores.

My aunt threw a "fiesta" for her grandaughters birthday and put Dora stuff with it. It was very cute and a lot of fun!
