Besides walking lunges, guys. Anyway, I have been spinning vigorously 4 times per week for almost three months. I have noticed that it has made my knees and lower legs thinner. However, it has really done nothing for my saddlebags or hips. In fact, since I have been doing some weightlifting, my saddlebags are now bigger. I can tell because my pants are baggy at the knee and tight at the upper thigh/hip. I really need to get rid of my saddlebags. What can I do besides walking lunges? Would swimming be better?

As Well As Cardio Try Doing 2-3 Sets Of Oblique Crunches And Adding More Sets As It Becomes Easier This Should Help Get Rid Of Your " SaddleBags". Also Hula Hooping Is Really Good For Your Hips And Waist :)

I got em too! And it sucks because I am a size 6, could be a 4 without them!
A lot of help has come through organic eating and going higher protein. And cutting down the sugar!
As far as exercise goes; walking lunges~hate em too~, thigh machines, and moderate(not light) weight load on the bottom with 12-15 reps and heavy weights for upper body with 6-8 reps.
Mine are so much better.

detoxing i think would be good but can most people do it probably not. i have been through alot of different exercise regimens and the one i think might work the best is the slim in 6 program. i don't think weight training is the answer totally but it will burn calories is you build your muscle mass. diet diet diet is the most important thing by far even though the tv doesn't always tell you that but they do mention briefly working out along with a good diet and they all say that but the end result is trying to sell a new machine so they don't always talk about diet that much. my problem is ice creme and sugar and if i can conquer those two i will be on my way. i have lost about 20 lounds on just a little dumbell lifting and watching my diet and picking healthier snacks and portion control is very important. good luck weight loss is one of the hardest things in the world to do i think. get a workout buddy and someone that supports you on your diet

soccer is boring to observe...yet enjoying that's punctiliously diverse. Its between the main problematical activities to play, and its relaxing. yet i might might desire to get rid of golf i think of, even whether it is not probable a game, notwithstanding that's, its pointless.
