Montego Bay, Jamaica - Best, most affordable place for a local to marry?

We're looking for one place that can accommodate both the wedding ceremony & the reception. It's a morning wedding later this year. We have looked at a couple of places but the prices! Wow! Can you suggest somewhere? We like garden weddings, but indoors would work, too.

I suggest a public park or beach for the wedding. For the reception, a luau or clam bake.
