By far the most important element in a healthy relationship is the ability to work through problems. Any relationship will always bring about problems. When either partner realizes that something is wrong, it should be immediately analyzed by both and should be worked out with the best possible scenerio for both. Ofcourse love is important, but most of all, you would want to be able to solve problems that would cause the relationship to crumble.
