Well your soul is not a solid object. There are many schools of thought on how to go about this. You could touch it through your feelings. Or you could look into yourself and learn to commune with it. Meditation would, in my opinion, be the best way.

If man can discard the ego, the "Light of Truth" will make its presence felt.
If man can throw away all the negative qualities that lie within the Inner Most Heart, and allow Gods qualities to dwell therein, the "Soul"
will reveal itself!

believe. You must truly beleive in the idea of a soul, if you even question yourself of having one, then doubt interferes. Reach inside of yourself, and feel the part of you that feels the most inside, not your heart, your center being. When you find that part you will feel that it is infinate without boundaries, not even your own body, and you flow much like the water. That is the soul, infinate.
