Most anywhere requires businesses to be licensed. You also might want to check your local zoning laws. Groomers in my State, MI don't need to be licensed.

Ask your city/county clerk about this. You'll certainly need a business license. And there may be other licenses and certifications you'll need to operate a grooming business in your community.

Yes I think in any state you have to have an occupational license to run a buisiness . good luck .
