Water keeps the skin clear, and I know that seaweed is good for the skin. Like Chinese food, the seaweed...you can get it at a store that sells chinese food....but there arent many...my friend who is half chinese loves seaweed, and her skin is soft and clear...but the seaweed tastes NASTY!!!! it tastes like ur eating it right out of the ocean....uhm, some other stuff i know is good for the skin is Vitamin E. so since your skin is on the outside, its best to get the vitamins inside ur body, instead of just rubbing it on your skin.

Hi I use oral and physical co q 10 products for my 40 year old skin, not a wrinkle or blemish. I use 30 spf mouisturizer for every day use. 30 spf when in sun swimming, I take fish oil to help collegen production, take probiotics, just wash my face with coq 10 face wash, or dove, use eye cream, and simple moistueizure in summer, and in winter use night cream. I also take green tea in powdered pill form. of all products the 100 mg of co q 10 is most expensive at 30-50 a month

I eat a lot of fruits dark berries, cherries water melon, all kinds
and lots of spinich, red cabbage, radishes, cucumbers, whatever I have on hand. the cleaner your diet the better your skin. remeber, Im 40 no wrinkles. also genetics play a role. and so does own body in ability to produce and repair collegen.

Good Luck
Chris

Be careful in sun, Im a swimmer, but protect my face and chest
