Three Options: Pick ONE only of 3:
1. Traditional Site: Sinai Peninsula
2. Har Karkom, Mt Karkom in Egypt
3. Jebel el Lawz, in Saudi Arabia

There are a few other possible locations for Mount Sinai, and this one seems the most credible, as it fits with the biblical account:

I read a book entitled: The Gold of Exodus: The Discovery of the True Mt. Sinai by Howard Blum, Lynn Nesbit, Fred Hills. It is a true story of two men who set out to find it. Hope this helps. It was an exciting and informative read!

Perhaps we will be shown before the end? At the moment, it seems that some discoveries (?) have put some doubt on what used to be the accepted mountain.

Some seem to believe that there is evidence (remains to be seen) for it being in Saudi Arabia, was it?

I know it exists, and have read about it. But I don't for sure remember where it is.
