Well first off...that isn't even good english. But is seems like they are asking

- Why other people...
- do not approve...
- of a married man...
- "dreaming about" or "thinking about in a sexual way"...
- of another woman that is not his wife.

That is all you can really get from that sentence...hope it helps

It means that he's having sexual fantasies about a woman who is not his wife. If he doesn't tell anyone about his thoughts, he can't be called names. Being "called names" means that people are using bad words to describe him.

see if this can make sense:
"why is it (that) when a married man says he (has fantasies) about another woman, he is called names (which makes him feel bad and is demeaned)?"
hope that explanation makes sense

there is some missing punctuation and part of it is a "run on" sentence

it is simple:

to be called names means " to be abused"

which means, if a married woman is fantasising as having sex with some other woman other than his wife, he is abused.

is it clear now?
