Yes... It is the strong instict in human life.. which normally people hide to express.. But any way it is a reality of a healthy person... after food and health wilth enough income.
First of all one must have control on his mind so that he won't take a wrong path. If you have the lilving capacity with health... job with enough income and if you are a man of marriageable age... find out a suitable like minded girl and wilth the blessings of elders in family and friends .. get married to that girl of your choice or the choice of parents.
If that is not possible all other things will not be a real solution to life time... but can be temporary stress reliever.. At the same time if after marriage you will be happy so long you two underdstand each other and cooperate. If not it will be another reason for your stess. Choice is yours.. Let me hope and with u get a partner of your dreams.

u have not specified what u mean by sexual stress,but i would recommend that u start to work out (gymming,yoga)and get involved in your work/education etc.lead a healthy n productive life,good sex will also follow.all the best.
