I don't know about you, but if I had people like the above 'judge' me at a trial, I would be quite terrified. What do you think?

Kinda reminds me of decapitation, where one wasn't able to see the face of the decapitator. lol

I think it's terrible. But then again, have you never ever done anything that you have regretted?

ME: I go to court everyday and there is nothing to prevent or prohibit the taking in of Ipods or MP3 players. It's perfectly ok to.

I would object as a matter of principal. I think the Judge in the trial has bent over backwards for her. I hope she is sent down for the maximum sentance.

I don't like that she wasn't paying attention, however, her head cover doesn't bother me. She can't be any worse than the racist, rebel-flag flying idiots who serve on American juries.
