I had a dream that on the way to work, my fiance and I would get to a set of traffic lights, there would be a detour and We would be forced to drive in a particular direction and would get ridiculously lost.
So I woke up and on the way to work there was an accident at a set of lights, the police had set up a road block, the detour took us in the direction I dreamed and we did get totally lost.
This has been happening a lot lately, I dream silly little things like this and it happens.
Whats your explanation? I am perfectly open to answers from skeptics if they can help me understand whats going on here.
Thanks.

What I know for a fact is that God will warn people often by dreams. although this dream does not seem to have any serious consequences for you. God will allow different people to dream dreams to show them things to come.

Often some dreams are so bizare, this is a sign to you of how God works. When things like this happens again you can have the confidence that God is trying to reveal something.

I once had a dream I went to a mans farm. He was out in the woods working on a fence that a tree had blown over. He was also burning trash nearby. He had a bull come walking by that was covered in something very odd. I asked him what it was and he said the bull had flies on him and he poured chainsaw gas on him to get rid of the flies. He was also concerned about the bull getting to close to the fire because he might ingnite because of the gas.

How odd and strange that this kind of thing would happen much less even to dream it.

The next day I went to a mans farm, I found him in the woods. I asked hium what's he been up to. He tell me he is repairing a fence a tree had blown across. Nearby he had a fire burning. While we were talking his cows came by. I noticed his bull it had a strange substance on his back. I asked the man what that was he told me the bull had a lot of flies on him and he thought the gas might kill them. He said watch it he may get to close to the fire.

How odd that these things really happened the next day.

On the morning of September 11, 2001 I dreamed that all the politicians in Washington DC were being taken into a shelter because the city was under attack. A few hours later I saw this happening on TV. God let me know that these things are a warning from God. Since then He has given me many dreams about many different things. NOT EVERY DREAM IS A MESSAGE we need to be able to tell the difference. You can usually tell when one is a message and when it is just our imagination. I don't know how to explain it, I just know. I feel it in my spirit.

see... as i told u even before; some of us are good in reacting to the vibes around... though i never said it about the future but i think its a lot sense-making!
you are spiritually active in some way and theres no doubt about it; maybe even you dont know... sometimes [dont know if this happens with you] i wake up with a very extreme kind of feeling and my mind feels so good and active... when i ask myself why... i get no answer and the answer comes when something of near-happiness comes to reality sooner of later and then i give a universal reason of: "maybe this happened cuz my mind was so happy, so fresh and so not the way generally it is n thats what made it all fine" to it ... no perfect clue for this...

and sometimes, i see the same dream, sort of a continuation and then i know that yeah! 2 days ago it was the first version of this one that made my day so bright...

if it was someone else, i could ve started my answer with some 'coincident' reason but since u already seem 'aware' so it might be ur awareness ..... to the life and so to the future maybe...

i think u shld too get more serious about meditation or anything that u think might take u a step into the study....
its totally in ur hands, maybe u can expand ur mind, maybe u wont need to ask then...
i know suggestions r too irritative sometimes so in that case: peace! ;)

have a cool time!
goodluck!

I have those too, I call them deja-dreams. In mine, I'll dream of something or someone that I absolutely do not know, and when I wake up, I'll think "dang, who were those people". Later, perhaps even years later, I'll get that deja-vu feeling and remember that dream ... and realize it is now coming true.

I don't know why this happens, and I don't understand why I'm allowed this insight. But I think that thousands of years ago, way back in the garden, Adam and Eve had that ability as well ... of bringing the future into the present. Then came that evil fruit thing, and it was taken from them ... but on occasion, some of us still get flashes.

Predictive dreams aren't new, or uncommon, but they are forgotten quickly. Every time I have an Astral or predictive dream and remember it then see the dream fulfilled the experience tends to want to slip away. In fact I just remembered something that happened today. My daughter is a gymnast and told me today that she had a dream. I looked at her and said you were trying to do a floor tumble that's so energetic that it keeps flinging you in the air and you go across the mat without touching the floor. Her eyes got wide and she said "That's just creepy." I doubt I remembered that for five minutes until just now....

Blessed Be

My two cents' worth:
Linear time and our waking consciousness are connected to the three-dimensional reality. Our core being is seated in the Eternal Now, a timeless realm encompassing past, present, future, and any probable realities. In the dream state we have access to those other dimensions. That's when we get those peeks.

It sounds as though you have tapped into your precognitive abilities. Most people have them, some are stronger than others, but not everyone chooses to believe it. The more your dreams come to fruition, the more you believe, the more you believe the stronger it gets. Congratulations! It it a wonderful gift.

I have read things, such as the mind sometimes interprets things, and does problem solving. But it may have been from the Lord as a warning. Since you dreamed it, then as you lived it, it wasn't really a surprise, so maybe then it was for safety.

When we are asleep we are open to another dimension and can meet with relatives who have passed on and also, see future events somewhat. Sounds like your spirit guide is trying to get in touch with you by giving you these dreams and then the next day, showing you how they come true. If you want to you could get in touch with your guide. It sure makes life easier. On the other hand, most everyone will tell you you are nuts and you will have to keep your guide a secret from most people. Good luck!

God did say that in the latter days (which we are now in) we would dream dreams. It is my thought that God is showing you warnings. If it happens again, consider it, and plan accordingly. and you will hear the results later in the day, and I hope you will give God the praise and glory for warning you!
