This is not as difficult as it first looks, however you will need to go and buy/borrow yourself a set of torx keys (sockets preferably) a decent socket set, jack and axle stands.
Jack the vehicle safely off the ground to a reasonable working height, then support the vehicle with the axle stand, make sure that you leave the wheel free standing off the floor (so that there is no suspension weight on the wheel)
Remove the wheel, then remove the bottom retainer for the shock absorber, and then the top. Remove shock absorber from vehicle.
Then using the torx keys undo and remove the trailing arm retainers, then carefully remove trailing arm off the axle and torsion bar (worth replacing axle bushes while trailing arm is off if there is any wear in them) then reposition the trialling arm so as the wheel sits higher into the arch, replace retainers and reverse of procedure.
The same the other side.
Care should be taken not to disturb any brake components and the correct tightening torques should be applied, which are usually found in Haynes workshop manuals.

Renault has set-up the suspension correctly for standard use. If you lower the suspension and don't upset the handling/roadholding/steering angles you must be a jolly good engineer and shouldn't be asking on yahoo answers.
