Use cuts from Mel Gibson's movie "apocalypto"... that should be close enough. Not actually Aztec I don't think... but who will know? :)

You can't. The Aztec religion was wiped out about 500 years ago. Video cameras were invented last century.

That would require time travel...or do you mean a re-enactment scene? The Discovery Channel has done several docos on the Aztecs and I am pretty sure at least on of them included sacrifice re-enactments.
Try contacting them and they often sell videos/dvds of their docos
