I mean there are lots of software’s, tools and websites are exists like Google that helps to translate from one language to another language
big giants like MS, yahoo or Google can easily develop H-E or E-H converter and translator, but no one is doing that
Hindi is one of the most used languages in the world also.
If companies are focusing and targeting the Indian market then why not they can develop a perfect tool for us as a gift.

Regardless of the fact that any language is or is not widely used - you can NEVER get 100% accurate translations.
1) Spelling of people. Wrong spelling can NEVER be eliminated.
2) Grammar / sentence structure. Your own isn`t perfect - but what you enter in a program will be translated along with any errors in grammar.
3) Language is a living thing. Its meanings change over time, sometimes fast. You would need a batallion on linguists working on the language database 24/7 - this would make such a program impossibly expensive.
4) Cultural aspects of language. Certain word combinations have different meaning on one side of the country, and something almost opposite on the other side. ;) Slang words should be taken into account as well.
And, why should it be a gift? India boasts that they have many qualified programmers - why not prove your worth by making it yourself?

This is because it is not easy to develop such a tool. This topic comes under Language processing, and it is currently, the most challenging topic in artificial intelligence.
It involves a lot of technologies like Artificial Neural Networks, fuzzy logic, genetic algorithms etc.. I don't think there is any "perfect" language translator available in the market.
Attempts towards such a tool can be definitely expected in near future. Lot of computer science students from engineering universities are interested in this field and are taking similar projects. We cannot expect an dedicated initiative from corporate sector because, it is not possible to say how well it works out.

Sounds like you have found a software that people could use, and would probably pay for. So why not create it yourself? Make a fortune.....
(But the first posting is correct. It is not as easy as you might think. Language is not an exact science. Words can have too many different meanings, can change meaning based on context, etc. Even humans are unable to make exact translations between two languages. We do not yet have the ability to make computerized translators.)

since what you say, i is a most used languages, then open the market for yourself.
