I have yahoo as my first page; I used to have a blue strip at the bottom of the screen where boxes would appear saying what particular place I am visiting - i could push a button to minimize my screen, and then I could click on that box on the blue strip if I wanted to return back to that place i was visiting. I don't know what the blue strip is called, but it moved: first it replaced itself to
the top of my screen where i couldn't see it and now its replaced itself to the right side of my screen. If I want to push the "up" or "down" buttons, that blue strip is always in my way. What is the blue strip called and how do I control it??? Obviously, I have very minimal computer operating skills. Your help is very much appreciated. thanks.

The Blue Strip is called the "Taskbar".
Start by right-clicking on an empty part of the Taskbar
Near the bottom of the menu that appears is a selection to "Lock Taskbar". Make sure that is not checked
Click on the Taskbar, and hold down the mouse button
Drag the bar back to the bottom of your screen
Your problem should now be solved
To prevent the bar from accidently moving in the future, you may want to right-click on the bar and checked the "Lock Taskbar". That will prevent it from being able to move unless you unlock it.

You are talking about your taskbar. Hold left click on an empty space on the taskbar and just drag it to the bottom of the screen, once you have moved it to where you want it right click it and select "lock the taskbar" and you shouldnt move it again by accident.

Please go back and read the bottom of my comments on the question of Lucifer and Jesus being the same. It is for you and concerns the reason for the question and the explanation as to why the association of Satan and Lucifer is wrong based on the "original" languages of the text's in question which you should have known since you teach from them.
