yogurt contains live cultures, so it's good with giving the body good bacteria, so long as it's not loaded w/ sugar, of course, cause bad bacteria feeds off of sugar.

I'm not sure what you're wanting but this is what I use it for.
Mix with ranch dip mix-dip for chips, veggies and crackers.
As a substitute for sour cream .
Mix with Polaner All fruit to create sugar free,low fat yogurt.
As a substitute for buttermilk in baking-makes the yummiest cornbread.

chuck them in a blender with berries and milk and it will make a nice milkshake
