Did you have the tumor removed? What was the prognosis. In the states, Prolactinoma would not allow a person to be classified as disabled or draw SSI.
The OCD is also rarely considered a disability. IT is manageable with meds. I "think" they use prozac for this quite often.
Now the Atrophie Blanche would be something else depending on the amount of lesions and the location of them. If you have numerous lesions that would be susceptible to infection, you might be able to get a disability rating. However if you just have a couple that are easily bandaged, then they wouldn't be considered a disability.
I am assuming you are from AUS? just because of the wording of the disease names? You will have to check with someone who knows the laws in your home. The first disease listed in this answer is the most serious, then the third and finally the OCD. As irritating as it seems, OCD is the most manageable of the three.

I've only come across the second condition (not a medical person - I worked in a hospital arranging discharge care) of a prolactinoma and the patient had the tumour removed, plus radiotherapy, I seem to recall. So possible hope for that one.
Wish I still had my "crib list" of abbreviations to recognise oc disease and I can't help with your particular atrophy.
Hopefully, one of the doctors or nurses who "tune in" to this site, may be able to add something.
What does your G.P or Consultant say?

I doubt, very much, that any of your diagnoses would classify you as unfit for work unless, of course, your OCD affects you so severely that it affects you drastically.
For those unfamiliar with Atrophie Blanche, it is an abnormality of skin scar formation. The white scar tissue is dotted with the red dots of dilated capillaries. It is associated with chronic venous leg ulceration.

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/e8eir
A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.
