Hey, its just 4 months, his pain will be gone before you know it. Just make sure you don't make the same mistake again if you are afraid of hurting someone and being called a cheat. Wait till you are ready before you commit to anyone, it saves lots of people out there.

If you cant even wait, that is really bad, your only hurting yourself. I think that it is not healthy for you to be fake with your feelings, if you are ready to be done, then be done. Dont ever make yourself feel like your being draged in a relationship, it doesnt sound like there is that really bright spark in your realtionship that keeps you feeling fresh and new. Do not worry about his feelings, say what you feel because that is what really counts right now, Right? If he understands great, he is a cool guy. If he does not understand, he needs to grow up, and you should not be apart of that, unless you want to act like his Mama. So say what you feel with strength, lay it down, move on , do not look back, and walk away.

Try waiting for a day and then break up.. but only if you're no longer attracted to him.. or then you can always tell him you want some space to go out with your friends which doesn't mean you're doing anything wrong and since (i'm guessing) you're still young, it's normal to go meet your friends. My boyfriend and me have that understanding.. as long as there's trust, you should go out and have fun. Good luck!

Ask him if he wants to have an open relationship. Explain that it is crucial for you to gain experience during this time and that you need to see other people without cheating on him. Tell him that you two will still officially be going out, but you can also hoop up with and date other people. He'll either be totally in or totally out.

Also I broke up with a boyfriend on Valentine's day right before a dozen carnations were delivered to my desk. I didn't feel mean, but that could be cuz I'm a total beyatch and enjoy other people's misery. (Joking)

Say ur patner that u need little space for some month and give him an appropriate reason for this.
Boys gets very hurt on such occasions.
So don't give him a chance to get broken.
But have fun & don't try o get an other bf so earlier.

You should end it. It's not like it's a 4 year wedding anniversary.

Its better to break up, if you feel its cheating. However, if the aniversary is really important to you, you might delay it.

Do what you feel is right. Every person has faced different situations, so their advice might be for their own case.

Rest is upto you.

Just tell him that you are missing being single. Telll him that you really care for him, but you are afraid that you will miss out on having a good time while you are young, and want to get it out of your system before you settle down.
