Me and my girlfriend have been through a rough patch recently and we both think I need to act more sensitively towards her. Last night, whilst watching TV, I stated that I think Kelly Preston is an attractive older woman (insinuating MILF - though I did NOT use that term). I said "in the film Sky High, she wears nice, knee-high boots". My girlfriend lost her temper and it ruined the evening. She knows I am prone to make comments like this - and she makes similar comments on occasion about Gabriel Byrne. Should I change my ways, or should she learn to control her temper over such comments?

Hey, man u already knew the answer. I am not saying that she was right to lose her temper but u should have known better. If u knew she was that sensitive, u shouldn't say things that provoke her to be tempermental. I think most women are like that though, we are super sensitive. So watch ur mouth from now on ok, if u really care about her. Gebish!!!

No it wasn't right to lose her temper like that... Its not like u made comments about how u wanted to sleep with some hot girl u were ogling at a restaurant... If she does the same, but objects to u, then she's being hypocritical... U ought to confront her about this.. We all have rights to say what we feel, if it doesn't hurt others' sentiments...

maybe its not what you said this time but the frequncey of the comments you make if you do this ALL the time small things could set her off you say she knows you do it all the time and she comments on occasion? even if you think these things all the time do you have to say them to her EVERY time lol? how about complimenting her as much as you compliment other women? that would help if it doesnt then worry lol

She is jealous and insecure. Jealousy will always ruin a good relationship. Tell her that in order for your relationship to progress, she will need to learn to have trust in you. After all, you are just looking, not touching. When a man or woman stops looking, they are deceased!

first off talking like that in front of your girlfriend is just disrespectful
2nd i don't think it was right for her to blow up about it
i mean no man is perfect we will always have a thought or two in our mind that doesn't mean they should go off at us but then again u said it right in front of her so more then likely it hurt her feelings which most likely made her mad that why she wen off on you
so i would say she had a right to go off on you
next time keep the locker room talk in the locker room

no girl likes to know that her boy friend or fiance or husbund likes another women wearing something,insuiating anything about any other female is going to blow her temper any girls temper basically if your not totally content with what you have dont bother staying with it find someone who has allt he traits you want so you wont be wanting what someone else has

If you are saying these things once in awhile it is ok, but if you constantly comment about other women and how good they look I would be ticked too!

lol. not to be an excuse but it actually does things to us. but girls like to be the center of her guys life. i noe its a part of being a guy to think that but that prolly (since yall have had a bad patch) tipped her over the edge. just let her calm down.
u can talk to her. there might be a problem bigger than just wat you said.
and listen to wat she says dont do all the talking. women like to have someone to listen.

She should know how to control her temper. but you know girls are girls. sometimes we are just so sensitive that we turn small things into big issues. just be patient.
