I was just taking a shower, & this was the most I've sneezed in my whole entire life! I know I'm getting sick, & so many sneezes has caused me a headache.
& also, is it true that if you take a shower or go swimming, & then enter a cold environment, like a cold room with A/C, then you're prone to a cold or is that a myth?

It sounds a little more like allergies to me than you getting sick. However it could be both - you could have allergies and you may be coming down with something right now.
You are more prone to get a cold if your resistance is low. Which would include getting chilled, such as getting caught in the rain, going into A/C after getting wet, etc. The myth is that these things cause colds, which of course they don't; colds are caused by a virus.
Try taking one of the over the counter allergy pills for a while and see if this makes you feel any better. I take Bendaryl for my allergies.

It's normal - sure believe it or not, the most i've sneezed was 16 times in a row one cold morning in spring. It's probably more to do with the fact i'm allergic to dust. But yes, usually when you come out of a cold environment your senses are tickled and you sneeze.. and it doesn't do anything for the mascara!!

It could be a cold or sinus infection. But it's more likely that you're allergic to something. Have it checked out by a doctor if it continues or gets worse.
As for the rest, recent evidence suggests that exposure to cold temperatures may increase your risk of getting sick in some cases. So, there just might be something to that old wives' tale.

i would say you have osme allergy reaction to maybe dust or any perfumes
