Crack is bad for you, Smack is also bad for you like Cigarettes and Alcohol, all bad for you.
If you want to do drugs, do Herb, it has been around since year dot and in its history never caused a death, infact, you would have to consume over 2 kilos of Cannabis to have what is called a Toxic reaction and even this is an unobtainable dose, even for the chroinc smoker. Alcohol kills 100's per second through out the world yet nothing is done about this evil drug.
So don't do crack... or Alcohol.

Crack codes don't give you "free" software. They enable you to steal software that you should have paid for.
