You have no choice except to be honest at this point. You owe it to your wife and to yourself. I won't judge you for the act you commited, but as I have learned that every deed done in the body that is against the love of God will not go unpunished. This is your punishment. Now - you must ask for forgiveness for the adultry and for the alienation of your love toward your wife. Hopefully, she will forgive you. Both of you should be tested and you should show your support by going with your wife.
Then, you and your wife should talk. It is obvious that if you needed to be satisfied sexually through a prostitute - there are some serious issues with your marriage. The fact that you did this without the use of condoms is very strange. From the information that I have read and heard, prostitutes always use condoms....this is their way of life!
Finally, I am sure you regret your actions and I pray that you and your wfe will be able to salvage your marriage. God bless you.

Well take this from first hand experience.
No respect at all. Do you like being a weak low life disrespected human being? The truth always comes out. Now you have to wake up and face the music. If there were ever any redemption for what you have done, it would to be fess up and tell your wife the truth and both of you should get checked for anything sexually transmitted. How decent you really are depends on how you go about dealing with your consequences and that's your choice. And yeah, your going to have to cop a lot of tears, anger and pain from your wife. Maybe you should have thought of your consequences before you just slept with another woman. Think carefully how you act and deal with it, you don't need to be more of a dick to her. Tell the truth and deal with the consequences like a mature man. Trust... there is no trust anymore, it's gone, you killed it. If you have any backbone, and your not a spineless weak ********, you'll tell your wife. If you have any concept of right vs wrong, if you have any decency to your character. You will tell her, and go and get a full check for stds. Bloodtest, swab the lot. Don't be in denial about it, face the music. I would highly recommend your wife to get councelling, as i found this personally helped me. Some people just disgust me and are beyond my understanding... can't believe how people are so selfish and careless and immature. Weak. There are some really weak men out there.

I think you should tell her, just be straight forward. You're going to lose her though, I don't know any woman that would stay with a man that would rather sleep with a wh*re than her.

If you wanted to play it safe, go get tested yourself, find out what you have, if anything.

maybe she's peeing with her pants on. The increase in pressure at the urinary point of exit could built up when two conditions are met:
When she is urinating, causing and output of fluid movement exiting the body.
When an obstruction causes a pressure buildup from the inability for fluid to exit.
By peeing with her pants on, she could be hurting herself, making this completely not your fault. Also, if her pants were off more often, you would probably be more sexually attracted to her, and therefore less likely to mate promiscuously.

Nothing. She will eventually decide to go to the doctors office and see if she has something wrong and they will tell her that she has AIDS and will eventually die and she will know that she didnt sleep around and know that you did! She will know that YOU braught home a freakin disease from a whore. You deserve it, she deserves a better real MAN! Men like you make men like my husband and all GOOD men out there look bad.
