Well, since we are on the web, I assume you don't mean speaking, but writing. That is what we call correspondence. So your question is, "Can someone volunteer to correspond with me in English?" Yes, I'm sure any number of people can. You may follow the link to my 360 page and contact me there if you like. It is not considered appropriate to post email addresses in an answer, and I agree with that. Everyone has put whatever communications links they want on their profile page in Answers, and my preferred contact is 360, since I do not have to reveal my email address to find out whether or not I want to correspond with someone. My 360 page is open to the public.
